If you’ve won a class, simply use the provided sponsor links to claim your prizes. For 1st place winners in unsponsored classes, we’ll take care of sending your prizes directly.
International winners, please note that a postal invoice will be sent prior to shipping your rosettes.
If you’ve earned free entries or credits for future shows, remember to claim them on our website before the end of January 2025 via our website.
Please note: Starting December 2024, due to the new GSPR safety regulations, we will no longer be able to ship 1st place prizes to Ireland or the European Union. However, rosettes will still be shipped as usual.

UK Postage Included:For those in the UK, we’ve got you covered with free 2nd class standard postage.
International Shipping & Tracked Upgrades:If you're outside the UK or have opted for tracked shipping, expect your invoice around a week or two after the results are posted. This allows us to calculate the exact cost based on the size and weight of your parcel. Please make sure to settle your postage payment before we can send anything out.
Service Upgrades:If you’d like your parcel to arrive faster or prefer a different delivery method, just drop us a line at onlinepetshowing@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out for you.
Shipping Options:
International Economy: A budget-friendly option with limited protection, though delivery can take up to three months. We do not use this option unless instructed to do so.
International Standard: Covers losses up to £20, great for smaller wins.
International Tracked: Ideal if you’ve won 5 or more rosettes, covering losses up to £50. If your winnings are worth more than £50, we’ll boost the coverage to £250.
Signed For: In some places, this might be the only upgrade available due to local postal rules.
Extra Shipping Info:
We label parcels as gifts, with each rosette valued at £3.50 to make sure they’re covered for remaking if needed, within the limits of your chosen insurance.
Please note that competitors are responsible for any customs fees.
If you prefer to use a different courier, just let us know as soon as possible.
Important: Keep in mind, international shipping comes with additional costs beyond your entry fee. Upgrading your shipping can help ensure your prizes arrive safe and sound.
